Delivery Cost & Timings
Digital High Street offers FREE delivery to all UK address.
Because our collections are sourced from some of the leading manufacturers across Europe, and because most of our lighting is made bespoke to order, some of the manufactures can take up to 3 weeks to ship.
Important information;
- Please check the estimated delivery time for the item/manufacturer at point of order.(see below for specific manufactures estimated shipping)
- Digital High Street will keep you fully informed (via email) when your order is ready to be sent to your address.
- Digital High Street will inform you when your order has shipped.
- Once we ship your order will be sent via standard courier delivery during working hours 9am-5pm free of charge in UK only.
- For any special delivery requirements, please let us know Digital High Street will be more than happy to accommodate.
Typical Delivery Times
LEDS-C4: Usually dispatched in 2-4 days, deliveries normally arrive within 5-7 working days.
Metal Lux: Usually dispatched within 1-2 weeks. deliveries normally arrive within 10 working days
Garden-Light: Usually dispatched within 1-2 weeks. deliveries normally arrive within 10 working days
Returns Policy
Digital High Street Ltd (referred to as DHS)
If you wish to return any goods you must inform us in writing (letter, email or fax) within 5 days beginning on the day after delivery of those goods. The date of delivery will be as recorded by our carriers. Once we have your request for a return our customer services will give you an authorisation number. Goods without returns authorisation number will not be accepted. Please ensure all goods are returned with their original packaging, complete with all other associated components sent with them such as lamps (light bulbs). Goods should be in an undamaged condition and sent back by your own method of transportation at your own cost. Please note that you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit and that we receive the goods. If reasonable care is not exercised, we may make a claim against you for not exercising this statutory duty. Your refund will be made 30 days after return of the goods.
